April 2026: The Final Month
April Hours: 7 Total Hours: 73 Coming into this program, I believed that I could master the content and use it to get a glimpse of what medical school might be like. I am now leaving the program a much better student and as a student who understands the process of med school because of the material that we learned and the exposure to science through our presentations, I felt a sign of relief when I submitted my last exam for Cell Control. I’m especially grateful for all of my classmates that made the program enjoyable for me, and the wonderful professors that I’ve got to learn from throughout the program. Regarding service hours, I returned to Manning Family Children’s briefly, but did some work. But, when I walked in, there were changes made to the playroom hours and policies that I had to adapt to, especially with nearby construction, but once I familiarized myself with the changes, it was business as usual.
